KATHMANDU, Sept 8: The newly-formed CPN (Unified Socialists) is participating in the parliament session for the first time today.


A parliamentary party meeting of the CPN (Unified Socialist) is being held today. The meeting is scheduled for 2:00 PM at the Parliament Building in New Baneshwor.

The meeting will discuss the agendas for the meeting of the House of Representatives and the National Assembly to be held at 4:00 PM today.


The newly-registered party has emerged as the fourth largest party in the federal parliament with 23 members in the HoR and eight members in the National Assembly.
