According to the company, the Dell Inspiron 14R IN5437 series, which are powered by Intel´s 4th generation Haswell processor, has been launched worldwide only recently.
Pawan Pradhan, product manager of Dell, said the Haswell processor is a refinement and improvement of the previous Ivy Bridge processors that offers a smooth, immersive experience with powerful built-in visual enhancements that allows the user to enjoy longer battery life and built-in security for deeper protection of the laptop. According to the company, the laptop provides high battery backup of up to 9 hours 52 minutes as per the test conditions. This means the users do not have to worry about power cuts anymore.
“Users can enjoy movies, photos and games smoothly and seamlessly with a set of built-in visual enhancements and experience blazing fast graphics to zip through the tasks. Besides, Intel´s Hyper-Threading Technology helps use the applications smoothly with smart multitasking,” Neoteric said in a statement.
Laptops in the 14R IN5437 series are sleek and stylish design with brushed aluminum finish. The notebooks of this series are 0.98 inch thin and weigh only 1.97 kg making it ultra portable, said the statement.
The laptop is loaded with built-in optical drive, high graphics options and fast processors that make users complete their work faster. Other features in the Dell IN5437 notebooks are LED display with Truelife and HD resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels for best visual detail and clarity, super-fast USB 3.0 ports, built-in 8-in-1 media card reader, Waves MaxxAudio 4.0 audio processing that provides surreal cinematic experience and crystal clear web chats, among others.
According to Pradhan, users can enjoy easy scrolling through web pages, sliding the time scale, zooming in-on photos and explore maps spontaneously as users can point or zoom exactly what they want.
The price of the series, which is available in Moon Silver and Indigo Blue colors, starts from Rs 75,000. The laptops come in three variants with i3, i5 and i7 processors.
