Speaking at a press meet organized by the Press Chautari Nepal, Kanchanpur chapter today, Minister Parajuli added that the new constitution would be issued very soon as the constitution drafting process obstructed due to the dispute among the political parties is likely to resume.
The constitution drafting process was delayed due to UCPN (Maoist)'s stance of ethnic identity based federalism, he said and added that the constitution would be issued this time even by keeping the disputed issues aside.
He added that the Ministry was working with an action plan to make the country self-reliant in agriculture by coming three years. RSS
