"It is sad that the government is promoting the politics of negation instead of responding to the novel coronavirus disease effectively. Therefore, we will organize protest rallies in all 77 districts against the government on December 14," Nidhi said.
Senior leaders of Nepali Congress will address the protest rallies in various districts. The meeting also criticized the government for not making preparations to convene the winter session of federal parliament.
Condemning the detention of its senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel, the meeting said that the government is promoting the politics of negation. Leader Paudel and other NC leaders who were arrested on December 2 in Tanahu were released after three hours on the same day.
