KATHMANDU, Nov 3: Nepal recorded 447 new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday along with 439 recoveries and seven deaths, according to the latest information released by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).
Among the 9,913 tests conducted on Wednesday, 395 PCR and 52 antigen tests turned out to be positive for the deadly virus. So far, 73,81,201 people have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 across the country.

There are currently 9,405 active cases of COVID-19 across the country. Of them, 8,436 are in home isolation, 687 in institutional isolation, 223 in ICUs and 59 on ventilators. Similarly, 121 people are currently in quarantine facilities.
Meanwhile the Kathmandu valley recorded 172 cases of COVID-19 on the same day. Of them, 131 cases were recorded in Kathmandu, 5 in Bhaktapur and 36 in Lalitpur districts.
