KATHMANDU, Dec 8: Nepal entered the finals of the men’s football by defeating Bangladesh at the ongoing 13th South Asian Games in Kathmandu.
In the match played at the Dashrath Stadium today, Nepal thrashed Bangladesh 1-0.

Nepali player Sunil Bal scored a goal at the 12th minute of the first half. In the second half, Nepal lost several opportunities.
Nepal is scheduled to play against Bhutan coming Tuesday.
In the past, Nepal won the gold medal in 1993 in South Asian Games.
