KATHMANDU, April 23: CPN (Unified Socialist) Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal has expressed dissatisfaction over the distribution of seats at the local level among the five-party alliance.

Chairman Nepal expressed dissatisfaction over the fact that the district level seats were not distributed accordingly despite the agreement of his party to claim the first right in the place where UML won the local level election of 2074 BS.

Speaking at a program organized in Kathmandu on Saturday on the occasion of the founding day of the Communist Party of Nepal, Chairman Nepal said that the district level report on the distribution of seats in the local level election did not make them enthusiastic about the election.

Though they were enthusiastic about the distribution of seats in the metropolitan and sub-metropolitan posts, the district reports did not make them optimistic, said Chairman Nepal. Chairman Nepal accused the UML of conspiring to defeat his party by fielding a rebel candidate during the nomination in the local elections.
