KATHMANDU, Nov 3: In one of the two semi final matches under the T20 World Cup Qualifiers, Nepal is chasing a target of 135 runs for victory against the UAE. In their innings after winning the toss and choosing to bat first, the UAE managed to score 134 runs while losing 9 wickets within the allotted 20 overs.
Vriitya Aravind was the top scorer for the UAE with an impressive 64, while the team's captain, Mohammad Wasim, contributed 26 runs to the total. Nepal's bowling attack was led by Kushal Malla, who claimed 3 wickets, while Sandeep Lamichhane and Rohit Paudel secured 2 wickets each. Sompal Kami took 1 wicket.
