A time table proposed by the party´s general secretary Bimalendra Nidhi during Tuesday Central Committee (CC) meeting proposes to finalize the list of party´s active members by mid-October, hold the party´s village and municipal level conventions by mid-December and regional convention by mid-January.
Nidhi has proposed to complete district level convention in 75 districts by January-end and hold party´s national and regional meeting in next two months.
