KATHMANDU, Nov 3: The ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) has decided to field Bidya Bhattarai as candidate in the by-election to the post of member of the House of Representatives from Kaski Constituency-2.
A meeting of NCP Secretariat held at the official residence of the Prime Minister, Baluwatar, on Sunday, took the decision in this effect.

The meeting also decided to nominate Devi Prasad Dhakal as the candidate of State Assembly member from Bhaktapur and Bimala Oli from Dang, said NCP Spokesperson, Narayankaji Shrestha.
The by-election is taking place to the vacant posts of House of Representatives, State Assembly and local-levels on coming November 30.
