KATHMANDU, March 23: Nepal-China Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCCI) and China Council for Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to exchange bilateral economic and trade assistance.

Rajesh Kaji Shrestha, president of NCCCI, who is in China visit with Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, signed the MoU with CCPIT to exchange trade information between the two nations, exchange the visit of business delegations, participate in trade events, inform one another about the potential sector and areas for investment, among others activities.
Informing that Chinese investment in Nepal is on the rise, Shrestha said Chinese business people that the MoU between NCCCI and CCPIT would promote further bilateral trade, investment and tourism between Nepal and China, a statement issued by NCCI said.
