He was of the opinion that the main opposition party should join the government as per the 16-point agreement reached among major parties.
Dahal claimed that he and former NC President late Sushil Koirala had reached an understating that NC and UCPN (Maoist) will join UML-led government after constitution was promulgated.
On the occasion, Dahal rubbished talks of government change as rumors.
“NC should compulsory join the government,” he said, “The next government can be under its leadership.”
