RPP to join incumbent government

KATHMANDU, Oct 9: Rastriya Prajatantra Party is to join the incumbent government to guarantee upcoming elections of House of Representatives and State Assemblies.

KATHMANDU, Oct 9: Rastriya Prajatantra Party is to join the incumbent government to guarantee upcoming elections of House of Representatives and State Assemblies. 



An emergency meeting of central work execution committee of the party held today decided to join the incumbent government after most of the leaders suggested for the same to create environment of election.

Party chairman Kamal Thapa informed the meeting about the proposal to the Nepali Congress to participate in the government and the alliance. 


The meeting also decided to participate in upcoming elections after joining the Broader Democratic Alliance. Party Spokesperson Bhuwan Pathak said that different committees would be formed for election mobilization. (RSS)
