KATHMANDU (REPUBLICA): Cottage and Small Industries Development Board (CSIDB) is organizing 27th National Industrial Exhibition in Kathmandu from February 16. Issuing a statement, CSIDB said that the five-day exhibition is being organized at the Bhrikuti Mandap Exhibition Hall to promote productions of cottage and small industries and expand the market of their products. "The exhibition will not only promote products in the domestic market, but will also prove a platform for entrepreneurs to promote their products in the international market," Nilam Tamrakar, acting executive director of CSIDB, said in the statement. Tamrakar further said that exhibition also aims to update stakeholders about present the status of cottage and small industries, and industrial development and technological enhancement at the global level. The exhibition will have more than 300 stalls, showcasing products of small and cottage industries. Exhibitors from 75 districts are participating in the expo.
