BUTWAL, Oct. 7: Police have arrested a murder accused in Tilottama Municipality after 20 years of the incident.

Man Bahadur Tharu of then Gangoliya VDC-8 in Rupandehi district was absconding after killing Rudal Yadav of the same VDC on November 16, 1997, police said.
According to the Area Police Office Butwal, Tharu, who had arrived at his home to observe Bada Dashain, was nabbed on Wednesday.(RSS)
