Foreign ministry assures safety of Nepalis in Lebanon, issues notice to remain cautious

KATHMANDU, Oct 2: The government has stated that Nepalis in Lebanon are safe. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) issued a notice on Tuesday night, assuring that the Nepali citizens living in Lebanon were safe, urging them to exercise maximum caution.

KATHMANDU, Oct 2: The government has stated that Nepalis in Lebanon are safe. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) issued a notice on Tuesday night, assuring that the Nepali citizens living in Lebanon were safe, urging them to exercise maximum caution.


The MoFA stated that continuous efforts are being made for the convenience of Nepali citizens in Lebanon and encouraged them to reach out if they needed any assistance or information.

To facilitate this, the ministry has instructed individuals to contact Deepak Ghimire at +20107772348 via WhatsApp in Cairo, and to reach out to Mohammad Gozail at the following numbers in Beirut: +9613301181, +96171668882, and +96181883713.


Similarly, the foreign ministry has stated that individuals can contact Section Officer Shree Krishna Silwal at the number +9779849179520 in Kathmandu.
