KATHMANDU, April 13: Representatives of the Martyrs and Injured Concerned Citizens Coordination Committee have started staging a fast-unto-death protest programme in front of the Prime Minister's official residence at Baluwatar from today.

They have announced that they were compelled to do so as the government failed to address their demands.

They have called for fulfillment of their demands submitted to the government at different times, said JB Dhaulakoti, the chairman at the committee.

Hundred-year-old Laxmi Maya Moktan, ninety eight-year-old Kul Bahadur Khatri among others are participating in the fast onto death. RSS
