He also cautioned the government against recklessly transferring state assets worth billions of rupees to the so-called industrialists. "It is wrong for the government to allocate millions in assets to brokers and middlemen," Dahal asserted.

Regarding parliamentary procedures, Dahal highlighted that it is customary for the opposition party to hold the chairmanship of the Public Accounts Committee, and his party has demanded this position.

On constitutional matters, Dahal affirmed the Maoists' support for constitutional amendments to create a more proportional and inclusive framework. He warned that any attempt to reduce inclusiveness and proportional rights through constitutional amendments could prompt widespread protests.

Dahal clarified that raising issues of constitutional amendments with the intent to curtail people's rights is unfortunate. He said that such amendments will only proceed if they have the backing of the two major parties in the House of Representatives and the National Assembly.
