Chandra Man Tamang, 33 of Narayantaar, Sindhuli was arrested, who along with his friend Kancha Tamang had looted the money from Sunmaya Waiwa, 35 of Gokarna.
Police have also recovered the loot from him. However, the other culprit has been absconding following the incident.
