Mahato, Yadav reach Sitamadhi, Bihar on their way to Delhi

RAUTAHAT, Dec 5: Sadbhawana Party (SP) Chairman Rajendra Mahato and Chairman of the Terai Madhesh Sadbhawana Party (TMSP) Mahendra Raya Yadav have reached Satamadhi, Bihar of India on Saturday.



They reached Bihar to meet the injured United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) cadres who are undergoing treatment there. They were injured during a demonstration at Nawalpur in Sarlahi on Thursday.

They are scheduled to reach Patna to catch a flight to Delhi later today. According to sources, the two leaders will reach Delhi, Indian capital, via evening flights todayitself.


Earlier, top leaders of agitating parties, including Mahato and Yadav were scheduled to fly to New Delhi on Sunday. The leader of Federal Socialist Forum Nepal Upendra Yadav and Terai Madhesh Democratic Party (TMDP) Chairman Mahatha Thakur will fly to Delhi from Kathmandu in schedule on Sunday.


The top leaders are scheduled to hold talks Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President of the Indian National Congress party Sonia Gandhi in New Delhi on the ongoing Terai protest during their visit.
