I see a huge colossal of Siddhartha Buddha
Detached and desolated by the side of the street
Standing tall but all alone in an alcove
Resided by a pair of dove.
He’s Lord of compassion who set forth eons early
An expedition to solve mysterious confusion
Of human life as an illusion
And resolute the way of reconciliation
Now, he is forgotten
deserted by mankind as if he is an alien.
Thus, my Lord of tranquility
Stands all alone in a nook of the hustling bustling municipality
Like an unfolded book.
He contains such a psalm, engulfing all the humanity
Into an unknown realm of peace and love
Which now, only the pair of dove
Residing under his arm could shove!!
