KATHMANDU, Feb 1: Nepal has elected to bat first against Thailand in the Women’s T20 International Series. The decision came after Nepal won the toss at Tribhuvan University Ground, Kirtipur. This is Nepal’s second game in the ongoing tri-nation series.
In the first match on Friday, Nepal suffered a defeat against the Netherlands. Chasing a target of 158 runs, Nepal managed to score only 137/7 in 20 overs.

Meanwhile, Thailand secured an 8-wicket victory against the Netherlands on Friday. Thailand successfully chased down the 123-run target in just 18 overs with the loss of only 2 wickets.
With Thailand players in strong form, Nepal faces a tough challenge. Having lost the first match, Nepal aims for a victory in this crucial game.
