Minister for Local Development Purna Kumar Sherma who arrived in Nepalgunj to inaugurate a function on Friday said the local bodies will have no representatives until the new constitution is written.
He informed that the government is going to strictly monitor the activities of local bodies across the country immediately after Dashain vacation in view of controlling rampant irregularities with them.
