KATHMANDU, May 16: The meeting of House of Representatives (HoR) has resumed in the federal parliament building. However, Nepali Congress (NC), the main opposition party, has continued its obstruction demanding the formation of parliamentary probe committee to investigate the alleged involvement of home minister Rabi Lamichhane in the misappropriation of cooperatives fund.
