The duo discussed issues related to peace process, constitution drafting, army integration and formation of national consensus government.
According to a press statement issued by the NC, Landgren inquired Poudel about the politics after the deadline to promulgate new constitution expires on May 28. Poudel told Landgren that the ruling parties are prepared to form national consensus government and extend CA term through consensus after a package deal with the Maoists.
