Kumari Bank distributes galvanized sheets

KATHMANDU, July 28: Kumari Bank Ltd has distributed galvanized sheets to 109 households from Dalit community at Sanghposh VDC of Dhading who lost their homes in the devastating earthquake of April 25.

Issuing a press release on Tuesday, the bank said it distributed galvanized sheets to the households on the premises of Pashupati Madhyamik Bidhyalaya, Gamgade.

Bank's directors Shova Kant Dhakal and Santosh Lama jointly distributed the sheets to the families in the presence of representatives of various political parties, teachers, media personnel and locals of the area. "Kumari Bank has offered support worth Rs 5.1 million for the earthquake victims of Nawalparasi, Sindhupalchowk, Dhading and Gorkha so far," the release added.
