Khaptad tourism development committee office raided, executive director held

DOTI, July 27: Amid embezzlement allegations, a team from the district administration office (DAO) raided the office of Khaptad Area Tourism Development Committee (KATADC) located at Nachanthali , Silgadi, on Friday.



KATADC executive director Ganesh Bahadur Singh has been detained along with documents related to financial transactions during the raid carried out at 2 pm.



Singh has been taken to the DAO to record his statement, while a group of students have been chanting slogans demanding action against those involved in financial irregularities.
