He further expressed that people in Nepal don’t respect the profession of chefs as compared to abroad.
“So with a high-standard kitchen and cooking, the need to change the perception of people that chefs are the highly sought after people in the world prompted me to open this restaurant,” Kiran explained.
Kiran also has nine years of experience as a chef in five star establishments in the Middle East and Singapore.“Our kitchen staff have years of experience from Qatar and Dubai, and our restaurant mainly focuses on the kitchen as we have a big and one of the best restaurant kitchens in town,” he added.
The place offers a variety of baked delicacies, like croissants, doughnuts and also has come up with new ideas like mini pastries and different kinds of mousse.
Just Baked also offers organic salads, different kinds of sandwiches, Italian pasta, pizza, Hyderabadi dum chicken biryani, Singapore noodles, pepper pork ribs, and New York hotdogs that are available at surprisingly reasonable rates. The place also does fine dining and prepares cuisines on request.
