KATHMANDU, Sept 19: Journalists are prohibited from entering the main event of the original ceremony organized on the occasion of the Constitution Day.
Most of the journalists who reached there to collect news of the program were stopped outside by the security personnel.

Journalists who went to report the special program in Tundikhel and take photos and videos were stopped by the army personnel on duty.
The soldiers stopped the journalists at the gate saying that the Ministry of Home Affairs has given them the job to secure the venue.
