In this connection, the Ministry is organizing a walkathon at 7:30 in the morning on December 7 from the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) office at Babarmahal up to the Tribhuvan International Airport.[break]
Similarly, the Ministry is planning to hold an aviation show, dropping petals from the aircraft and hoisting the national flag. The banner of the International Civil Aviation Organization will also be hoisted on the occasion.
Nepal Army and the private sector airlines companies are participating in the air show.
The International Civil Aviation Day is being celebrated with the objective of providing decent and professional aviation services to the people.
