Talking to journalists upon his arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport , Dahal said that Indian wants an early promulgation of new constitution in Nepal. "Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi wants an early promulgaition of the new constitution in Nepal taking all the parties into consensus," Dahal said.
At a meeting with Prime Minister Modi, Dahal urged him to support in the Nepal's constitution making process as India has been extending support for Nepal since its peace process. Dahal had held meetings with various Indian leaders and ministers aside from Modi.
