HSEB padlocking continues

BHAKTPUR, Oct 5: Two top officials of Higher Secondary Education Board (HSEB) could not enter their chambers due to padlocking in their office.



Higher Secondary Employee Union (HSEU) had been padlocking the office of HSEN Vice-Chairman Hem Kumar Mishra and Member Secretary Bhim Lal Gurung since September 26 putting various four demands. [break]



All Nepal Teachers Association, Nepal National Government Employee Association and All Nepal Independent Student Union-Revolutionary (ANNISU-R) have also padlocked their office since October 3.



Though, HSEU called off its protest programmes and unlocked the office, Mishra and Gurung had to return home as the other three associations have been continuing their protests.
