BHAKTAPUR, June 18: The Higher Secondary Education Board (HSEB) has directed higher secondary schools across the country to complete the new enrollment of students in Grade 11 by July 30 and start the classes on July 31.
The HSEB also directed the schools to take the admission on the basis of grades students got in the School Leaving Certificate examinations, apart from the directions for holding examinations of grades 11 by the Nepali month of Baisakh-end of 2074 BS (mid-May, 2017) and grades 12 by the second week of Baisakh (April-end, 2017).

Likewise, the result of class 11 should be publicized by the Nepali month of Kartik-end while the result of class 12 should be made public by the Nepali month of Shrawan-end, according to the directives.
Meanwhile, as for those eligible for availing of scholarship to pursue grade 11, there is a provision that the students can file an application with the respective regional offices of the HSEB for the same (there are 11 regional offices of the HSEB across the country), said examination controller Santosh Kumar Aryal.
