House meeting deferred till 5 pm on Wednesday

KATHMANDU, April 26: The meeting of the Legislature-Parliament has been deferred on Wednesday after the obstruction of main opposition party CPN-UML.

KATHMANDU, April 26: The meeting of the Legislature-Parliament has been deferred on Wednesday after the obstruction of main opposition party CPN-UML.

Issuing a notice, the Secretariat of the House stated that the next meeting of the Hose will be at 5 pm on Wednesday. The meeting of the Parliament could not carry on after the ruling alliances and the opposition parties failed to reach the consensus.


Earlier, CPN-UML had perpetuated the act of  disrupting the meeting of the Legislature Parliament due to be held to discuss the government’s proposal to add new local units in 11 districts situated in low-lying region of the country  on Wednesday also.
