Likewise, Minister for Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs, Padam Giri, will propose that the 'Legislative Bill, 2080 BS' originating in the National Assembly be referred to the pertinent committee for clause-wise discussion. Minister Bhandari will also propose that the 'Electricity Trade Bill, 2080 BS' originating in the National Assembly undergo clause-wise discussion. There is an agenda to present these proposals to the relevant committee.

However, the progress of today's session remains uncertain as Tuesday's meeting was postponed due to protests from the Nepali Congress. The Nepali Congress has taken the stance that they will not let parliamentary proceedings until a parliamentary panel is formed to investigate Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane.
