Here's how to get a copy of your Covid-19 vaccination card if you've misplaced yours

If you’ve misplaced yours, then here’s what you should do to get a copy of your Covid-19 immunization card according to the National Health Education Information and Communication Centre:

Due to the increasing number of Covid-19 infection, Nepal Government has made it mandatory for all to show their Covid-19 vaccination card since Friday. It is obligatory to show it, while visiting public places to get any kind of services.

However, if you’ve misplaced yours, then here’s what you should do to get a copy of your Covid-19 immunization card according to the National Health Education Information and Communication Centre:



  1. If you have already had your first and second Covid-19 immunization shots, you can obtain a copy from the vaccination center where you received your second dose; or the Health Center Department of the municipality where your vaccination center is located.

  2. If you received a Johnson & Johnson immunization shot, go to the vaccination center where you received it; or the Health Center Department of the municipality where your vaccination center is located.

  3. If you only had one Covid-19 immunization shot, obtain a copy from the vaccination center where you received it or the Health Center Department of the municipality where your vaccination center is located.
