The delegates will present their conclusions, which among others will decide whether or not to endorse the political document tabled by erstwhile UML chief Jhala Nath Khanal and on how to elect the top leadership, after lunch on Wednesday. The delegates have been divided into 20 groups with each group having 90 to 100 delegates.
Then, the election committee of the convention will work out on the election of the new central committee and the top leadership will be conducted. The proposed statute amendment proposal has said the delegates will first elect the central committee, which later will elect the leadership.
