KATHMANDU, Dec 16: Jyoti Group has transformed into Padma Jyoti Group, marking the beginning of a new journey of growth and innovation. Padma Jyoti, the Chairman Emeritus of Padma Jyoti Group, announced the launch of the Padma Jyoti Group, along with its new logo during an event at Marriott Hotel, Kathmandu on Sunday.
According to a press statement issued by the company, Padma Jyoti Group is continuing with its trusted brands known for quality, while also introducing new plans and strategies to shape the future. “The change from Jyoti Group to Padma Jyoti Group shows our dedication to progress, adaptability, and exploring new opportunities,” according to the press statement.
'Arrest warrant against Padma Jyoti an inappropriate move'
The statement further reads, “As we move forward, we are committed to maintaining the high standards our customers expect, while also exploring new opportunities for growth and innovation. With the guidance of our visionary leaders-Padma Jyoti, Saurabh Jyoti, Srijana Shakya Jyoti, Suhrid Jyoti, and Arati Jyoti-we are excited to begin this new chapter and appreciate your continued support as we work towards a brighter and more dynamic future.”
A split occurred on Sunday after a property dispute within Jyoti Group, which was founded by Maniharsha Jyoti. The division followed a conflict between elder brother Padma Jyoti and younger brother Roop Jyoti. Padma Jyoti, who was the president of Jyoti Group, and Dr Roop Jyoti, the vice president, have now separated, with Padma Jyoti forming a new group.
