KATHMANDU, Sept 12: The price of gold remained relatively stable on Tuesday, while silver witnessed a modest increase of Rs 5 per tola, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations. The current price of gold stands at Rs 112,000 per tola.
Last Friday, gold was traded at Rs 112,300, but it dipped to Rs 111,900 on Sunday before rebounding to Rs 112,000 on Monday.

Silver, on the other hand, saw a minor uptick in prices. It was priced at Rs 1,400 per tola on Monday and reached Rs 1,405 on Tuesday.
Internationally, gold is trading at $1,921.75 per ounce on Tuesday, reflecting a slight decrease from the previous day's rate of $1,927.61 per ounce. Similarly, silver is being traded at $23.12 per ounce.
