KATHMANDU, Oct 4: The price of gold has gone up by Rs 400 per tola, making new record  in the domestic market on Friday.

Fine gold which was sold at Rs 160,900 per tola on Thursday, is being traded at Rs 161,300 per tola today.


Similarly, the price of silver has also increased by Rs 30 per tola on Friday. The price of silver is fixed at Rs 1,980 per tola. It was sold at Rs 1,950 per tola on the previous day.
