The embassy set up a mobile camp in Ujarekh, located 300 kilometers east of Abu Dhabi, to provide labor awareness, passport renewal, and consular services. More than 300 Nepali workers received updated information on labor laws in Nepal and the UAE.

The program educated workers on the benefits of sending remittances through formal channels, the process of renewing labor permits at the Nepali Embassy in the UAE, and financial literacy. The embassy renewed passports for 216 Nepali workers living in Fujairah Emirates and nearby areas.

With around 600,000 Nepalis working in the UAE and the number rising, the embassy continues to provide services to Nepali workers as efficiently as possible within its available resources. In the last fiscal year, the embassy issued 46,400 passports, while it has already issued 30,000 passports by the end of the current fiscal year's tenth month. The embassy prioritizes passport renewals for individuals with expired passports or visas and those who have lost their passports.
