Gold gets dearer by Rs 800 per tola

KATHMANDU, Jan 7: Gold price in the domestic market reached Rs 49,700 per tola (11.664) grams registering an increase by Rs 800 on Thursday.

The precious yellow metal was traded at Rs 48,900 yesterday.

Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association (Fenegosida) said the worked (Tejabi) gold is priced at Rs 49,450 today.

Price of silver has remained constant at Rs 675 per tola.
