KATHMANDU, June 27: The price of gold has decreased by Rs 800 per tola on Thursday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Associations, gold is being traded at Rs 140,800 per tola in the domestic market.
Gold price reaches all-time high of Rs 156,800 per tola
The price of gold was traded at Rs 141,600 per tola on Wednesday. The price of gold in the international market has been decreasing for the past couple of weeks. The price change in the international market has had an impact on the price in Nepal too. On June 7, the price of gold had reached Rs 145,000 per tola in the domestic market.
Meanwhile, the price of silver has also declined by Rs 10 per tola. The price of silver, which was traded at Rs 1,790 on Wednesday, decreased to Rs 1,780 on Thursday.
