Ganesh Man Singh and Jana Andolan Martyr Memorial Peace Foundation organized a function at Shanti Batika in the Capital in memory of the late leader. On the occasion, Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal, President of Nepali Congress Sushil Koirala, and Congress General Secretary Prakash Man Singh garlanded the statue of Ganesh Man. [break]
Addressing a gathering there, Prime Minister Nepal lauded the role of Ganesh Man to bring change in the country through historic Jana Andolan I and said that the country will not get cold feet to pay due respect to martyrs and their families.
Referring to the secret talks held among the three major parties, he expressed hope that the talks will yield positive result.
Similarly, Koirala said that that the country should be bailed out of the present deadlock at the earliest.
Prakash Man, the son of Ganesh Man, said the country shouldn´t be made a prisoner of indecision for long time.
