Twentyone-year-old rookie actor, YouTuber and vlogger Dhiraj Magar is a first year undergraduate student pursuing International Business in Kingston University, London. He has been staying in London since he was two years old. He is currently shooting for his first movie ‘Intu Mintu Londonma’.

Dhiraj is quite popular among K-pop fans as ‘ThatDudeVlogs’ because of his videos on YouTube. He had started uploading videos on YouTube about four years ago and created his personal channel only about a year ago.

He said his YouTube journey was unplanned. According to Dhiraj, he suddenly gained subscribers and viewers in hoards as he randomly uploaded about 10-12 videos. He stated that his video-making journey had taught him to be consistent and persistent. Dhiraj said he wouldn’t ever stop making videos. “This is my beginning. I cannot imagine abandoning this for any other job in the world.”

When asked about his acting career, he said the offer of a role in ‘Intu Mintu Londonma’ had come as a surprise. “It was highly unexpected and I was genuinely happy upon receiving the offer. I wouldn’t say it was difficult or stressful to act in the movie, but it did require a lot of hard work.”

In the movie, he plays the role of a London-based street musician who falls in love with a girl. He said he watched a lot of Hollywood movies and took inspiration from prominent actors like Johnny Depp and Brad Pitt for the role.

Dhijarj’s acting skills can also be seen in the music video of the song ‘Mahasoos’.
Apart from making videos, he loves playing sports, especially football, basketball and badminton. He believes in “moving on no matter what”. He stated that he would want to be the “face of the industry” in a couple of years.
