An APF team mobilized from Kankalinimai Battalion arrested the four at Gaganchowk of Tankisinuwari-4 in possession of prohibited tablets and injections.
Among those arrested are Kale Rai, 23, and Jeewan Rai, 17, of Dharan-17, Shankar Dahal, 25, of Indrapur-8, Morang, and Johnny Rai of Indrapur-4.
