DOLPA, Jan 26: The Juphal Airport in mountainous Dolpa district which was closed following the heavy snowfall has resumed three days after the disruption.
With the melting of snow after the sunny day, aircraft of the private airlines provided their services from Nepalgunj to Dolpa on Friday, according to Chief of Civil Aviation Authority Nepal (CAAN) Juphal Airport Bal Kumar Singh.
Officials said that Tara and Summit Air provided three flights on Friday from Nepalgunj to Dolpa.
With the resumption of the flights to and from Dolpa, people’s mobility and the supply of goods has become much easier.
