Police on Thursday arrested 11 alliance cadres while they were distributing pamphlets demanding 'Free Tarai'. Six were immediately released after they were not found guilty in the preliminary investigation.Meanwhile, five cadres have been charged with public offence.
The five cadres have been remanded in the police custody, DSP Ramesh Khadka of District Police Office Sarlahi said.
