KATHMANDU, Nov 18: Finance Minister Janardan Sharma has directed authorities concerned to arrange rewards for those who report tax evasion cases.
Addressing a program organized on the occasion of the 10th National Tax Day on Wednesday, Minister Sharma gave the instructions. He also said that the government has to make the digital tax system more systematic and create a business-friendly tax system. He stressed on the need to increase the development of skilled manpower and technology as per the needs of the country.
On the occasion, Finance Secretary Madhu Kumar Marasini said that the government is going to create a business-friendly tax system for all tax systems so that the entrepreneurs do not have to go to the tax office.
