KATHMANDU, April 6: Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Security Dol Prasad Aryal, who is also the vice-chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), announced a reward of Rs 100,000 to Rs 200,000 for anyone helping to recover Rs 2.3 million allegedly sunk in a cooperative.
During a program in Kathmandu on Saturday, Minister Aryal stated, "I invested Rs 2.3 million in that cooperative. I've been cheated. I would have given some amount to people, parliamentarians and friends who blamed and spoke against me regarding the cooperative fraud."

He claimed to have invested Rs 2.3 million in the Hamro Naya Krishi Cooperative but has not been able to recover the money When he proposed a 70-page plan to improve the organization, they declined his leadership, leading to his resignation.
He then requested for the return of Rs 2.3 million, which he said has not been received.
Minister Aryal expressed readiness to face action, if proven guilty, asserting that he has not committed any crime during his involvement with the Hamro Naya Krishi Cooperative.
